FOUNDER'S NOTE

At the heart of everything I do is a simple desire: to create space and belonging for people everywhere.

We’re living in a time of disruption, one that can feel like we are breaking down and becoming fragmented.

But I see something else: an opportunity to come together like never before.

When poutine expands to tandoori style,

when Greek yogurt becomes a morning staple,

when yoga turns into a global wellness movement,

we’re witnessing belonging in action.

These are not feel-good anecdotes of small cultural adjustments - they’re stories of multi-billion dollar business successes. And food and beverage companies are leading the way.

In places like Canada, there is a quiet transformation underway – changes in demographics, technology, environment and society are creating new needs, new audiences and new ways to connect.

For food and beverage businesses, this is a time of incredible new growth possibilities. The challenge is to understand your new environment and reorient yourself to capture the hidden growth.

This is why I started Hidden Sight, to help businesses understand the new marketplace they find themselves in, see the opportunities and act on them.

Because, it is my belief, that when companies truly understand and reflect the people they serve, they don’t just do better business. They build better communities, and in doing so, they create belonging everywhere.
