I've spent 20+ years leading strategy and marketing at some of the world's most respected food, beverage and consumer brands — including Kellogg, PepsiCo, L'Oréal and Roche — across Canada, the U.S., India and China.

In that time I've launched innovations, revived underperforming brands, and redefined categories to create new growth. I've done it by anchoring in deep consumer understanding and creating strategies that get every part of the marketing mix working together to solve real consumer needs. And I've seen, time and again, the power of a strong and coherent brand to drive consumer choice.
